15 bodies pulled from sea as more than 2,700 migrants saved from 23 boats in one day in the mediterranean sea
Italy’s navy and coastguard, ships patrolling on a European Union anti-smuggling mission, vessels run by humanitarian groups and a commercial tugboat rescued intending migrants off the coast of Libya.In one operation to help the migrants, they panicked when they felt choked by fumes and began throwing themselves into the water in a desperate bid to reach a vessel operated by Malta-based humanitarian group MOAS so they could be rescued.
Some members of the crew also jumped into the sea in an effort to save them, and one crewman had to be rescued himself after he swallowed fuel and passed out as he was overwhelmed by migrants.The charity successfully rescued 354 people from a dangerously overloaded rubber dinghy. But five men and two women drowned unfortunately.
A Sky news reporter on board the Responder rescue ship told how the crew were radioed at 5am by the coastguard to go to the aid of 160 people in a sinking dinghy.More than 1,000 people were rescued over the next three hours including three babies.

Ronaldinho has returned to Barcelona but not as a footballer,The legend would return to the club in an ambassadorial role
According to Goal.com, the 36 year old is returning to the club he helped return to its former glory between 2003 and 2008 to act as an ambassador.
Barcelona are opening a new office in New York, USA, to enhance their growth internationally on 6 September, which has brought about them re-signing Ronaldinho.
The two time FIFA player of the year still has great financial and commercial pulling power and the Catalans are looking to exploit the attacker’s popularity to enhance the club’s reputation.

Popular Broadcast Journalist, Olalomi Ejire, dies At 54
Popular broadcast journalist, Surajudeen Taiwo Salami famously known as Olalomi Ejire has died. He died on Friday September 2nd at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, Lagos after a brief illness. He was 54 years old. He was the anchor of Eko Lawa on Radio Lagos and Ogbon Kayeso on Faaji FM. His remains have since been interred according to Islamic injunction. May his soul rest in peace Amen. Actress Lisa Raye, 49, and rapper, Da Brat, 42, are biological sisters with the same father, David Ray McCoy, but different mothers.Ray McCoy was a well known Chicago businessman, who owned several hotels and nightclubs, and he was also known to lend money to people who wanted to start their own businesses. He was brutally murdered in 1988 by his girlfriend and her brother..
David McCoy (pictured in a framed photo in the above pic of Lisa Raye) was found shot to death on November 12, 1988 in the back seat of his Cadillac, which was parked in a Southside Chicago alley. He was 52 years old. McCoy's then 32 year old live-in girlfriend of 10 years, Sheila Daniels, and her then 20 year old brother, Tyrone, were convicted of McCoy's murder in 1990. Sheila was slapped with an 80 year sentence and Tyrone was hit with 60 years.
There are various reports of the motive behind McCoy's murder. According to Chicago Tribune, three of McCoy's other daughters, Jehlan, Morgan, and Cynthia, believe Daniels killed their father because she found out he was about to cut her out of his will. While other reports state that Daniels killed him after the two had an argument at their home over a high electric bill. Tyrone claimed he shot McCoy only after his sister, Sheila delivered the fatal shot to McCoy's head. They then drove McCoy's body in his Cadillac to the alley and left him there
On September 16, 1997 - just one year before Lisa Raye made her debut in "The Players Club" and during the height of Da Brat's multiplatinum selling career- their dad's girlfriend, Sheila Daniels, was officially convicted AGAIN for his murder. She had appealed her original 1990 conviction and ended up getting convicted for the exact same amount of time as her prior sentence- 80 years.
Throughout the years, Da Brat and Lisa Raye haven't spoken much publicly about their father's murder. Although Lisa Raye was filmed in one episode of her reality show a few years ago, crying uncontrollably, as she and her daughter visited her dad's grave site. The two sisters are extremely close and we're sure that they, along with their other sisters (who are very successful businesswomen in their own right) have made their Pops proud.

Flavour, Phyno confirmed as lead artistes for Yudala Zero Gravity
Superstar artistes Flavourand Phyno have been confirmed as part of the headline acts for a mega digital entertainment concert tagged Yudala Zero Gravity which kicks off with a Contemporary music blast at the Landmark Event Centre, Oniru - Lagos on October 2nd 2016. Yudala Zero Gravity is powered as a mega three-city dual concert featuring the best artistes in Contemporary Nigerian hip-hop and Rock Gospel, who will use the platform to launch new hit tracks. It is a platform to see and hear it first. Loads of surprises and other side attractions are in store from Africa’s pioneer composite e-commerce outfit Yudala and New Concept Media Group (NCMG) at this inaugural edition of Yudala Zero Gravity.
Flavour has enjoyed widespread fame and global reckoning as a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and performer of note. This inaugural edition of Yudala Zero Gravity will hold in three cities – Lagos, Abuja and Enugu. Each city will host two concerts: a Contemporary Nigerian music blast and a Rock Gospel concert. Zero Gravity will witness pure acoustics and live performances from the best Nigerian artistes in both genres of music.

Lionel Messi has sensationally returned to Argentine National team after
holding talks with new coach Edgardo Bauza.
Messi, 29, who is Argentina's all-time leading scorer with 55 goals in
113 appearances, quit after Argentina's Copa America final defeat by
Chile in June in which he cried and told media reporters after the match
that he had decided to retire.
But in a statement reported by media in Argentina, the Barcelona striker
said he made the U-turn for the "love of the country" and "to help from
within".
"A lot of things went through my mind on the night of the final and I gave serious thought to quitting, but my love for my country and this shirt is too great. We need to fix many things in Argentinian football, but I prefer to do this from inside and not criticise from outside."
Messi on Friday was named in Argentina's squad for the next set of International friendlies alongside Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Pablo Zabaleta and Nicolas Otamendi and Manchester United pair Sergio Romero and Marcos Rojo."A lot of things went through my head the day of the last final and I seriously thought about quitting, but I love this country and this shirt too much.
