It's a weekend of wedding for Real Madrid football club as three of their players are set to wed their respective partners this weekend.

Alvaro Morata and his girlfriend Alice Campello will wed on Friday afternoon in Venice. Lucas Vazquez and his partner Macarena will wed in Majadahonda on Saturday, while midfielder, Mateo Kovacic's wedding will hold in Croatia same Saturday

A standout contestant on America's Got Talent died in a car crash just weeks before his episode was scheduled to air. Read the report from TMZ below...

Sources close to the production tell us 29-year-old Dr. Brandon Rogers died over the weekend in a car accident. We're told the crash occurred in Maryland Saturday. Brandon was taken to a hospital where he died Sunday.

Actress, Glenne Headly, 'Dick Tracy' star, dies at 63

Award winning actress, Glenner Headly, passed away last night at the age of 63.
“It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of Glenne Headly,” her reps said in a statement. “We ask that her family’s privacy be respected in this difficult time.” 
Headly was in production on the Hulu series 'Future Man', and the show’s executives were notified last night of her passing but the cause of her death is yet to be revealed.

Our very own Kechi was one of the contestants at the 2017 America's Got Talent and she succeeded in impressing the judges and audience. Simeon Cowell even gave her a standing ovation when it was all done

Nigerian who hawked pepper and did side jobs to get an education bags a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from University in Canada

A Nigerian lady who grew up in Ibadan and had to sell pepper on the streets to assist her parents, just graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. Asides selling pepper, she did a lot of other part-time jobs to fund her education.

The hard-working woman just bagged bag a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and she shared the good news together with the story of her struggles.

Mother shoots dead her two children, kills family dog, sets fire to her home and commits suicide in the middle of a 'bitter' custody battle with her estranged husband

A mother who was in the middle of a divorce and bitter custody battle shot dead her two young children as they slept and then herself while setting their Pennsylvania home on fire. 
Dr Stephen Diamantoni, the Lancaster County coroner, ruled the deaths of 40-year-old Carola Arnau and her two children a murder-suicide after autopsies Wednesday morning.

Photos: Bodies, debris recovered from the sea during search for missing Myanmar military plane

Bodies and debris have been found in the water after a Myanmar military plane vanished over the Andaman Sea with 122 soldiers, family members and crew on board.
Rescuers pulled 29 bodies of adults and eight children found by a navy ship 35km from the southern coastal town of Launglon.

The award-winning actor this morning paid a condolence visit to the family of late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama, who was lynched by a mob at Denkyira Obuasi in the Central Region last Monday.

John Dumelo described Mahama as 'Ghana's hero and urged the general public to disengage themselves from lynching people.

The Syrian boy whose picture tore at people's heartstrings last year after it went viral has been captured in a recent photo and he seems to be in a much better place now. Omran Daqneesh was just five years old when he was pulled out of a rubble after his house was bombed in Aleppo last year.

Former Newcastle midfielder Cheick Tioté has passed away at the age of 30 after collapsing in training with Beijing Enterprises in China early this morning.
The Ivorian joined the Chinese club in January after seven years at Newscastle playing 11 games before his death.
